The hotel has a stylish, trendy boutique design. the rooms are nicely furnished with a minibar and safe. the location is perfect and magnificent, close to the lake and wonderful restaurants. the building is very lovely and in the middle of Annecy. Great customer service is provided.

The hotel was well appointed and pretty standard, I thoroughly enjoyed its affable staff. The room was well furnished and air-conditioned and had a pleasant view of town. The breakfast had a lot of options and included coffee, fresh bread and pastries.

Had a comfy room, nicely decorated, with AC and a tidy bathroom. the view of the lake from here is lovely 🌊. Such a great spot, right in the heart of the old town, making it super convenient to get around.

The proximity to the old town and the lake would be great. Underground parking spaces are available. In the alleys off the beaten track there are very good and cosy restaurants and cafés.

Amazing selection for the continental breakfast. Decent size and luxurious room with a particularly nice view of the lake. - Absolutely perfect location for visiting restaurants and bars.

Great location close to the lake and shops. Friendly staff. Rooms of decent size with a small balcony facing the street. No issues with noise.

Rooms are a bit pricey. Separate toilet cramped and feels like a closet.

Perfect location. If you feel like shopping you just have to walk to the corner from the street, The tourist information desk is also a few meters away. Such as the amazing lake from annecy. You can also walk to the old city which is very beautyfull .The staff is very,very nice and helpfull. Rooms are very cleaned and have modern furniture ( flatscreen.airco. etc.). We had a small balcony ( not a geat view but still very nice for the fresh air ). The only complaint would be the size of the room which was quite small for a four star hotel in this price category. For the rest we had a very nice time in this hotel. I would definetly recommend it.

lovely room with great bathroom and kind welcoming note althought it was address to my husband who had nothing to do with the reservation. It lead to confusion at check in because my last name is different and since I made the reservation I would give my name first.

a little too removed for walking from the center platz but very well located to an excellent beer garden, if that is to your liking. We arrived too late to walk or figure out public transportation this time.
